Coconut pound cake

Ingredients :

2 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of milk
1/2 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of coconut flour
2 glasses of flour
1/2 sachet of baking powder

Directions :

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the salt, milk and oil. Finally add the coconut flour, flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35/40 minutes.
