Homemade pita: the recipe for having it light and tasty
Ingredients:
200 g flour
100ml water
1 tablespoon of oil
1 pinch of salt
1 can of tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 large tomato
Lettuce
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the flour and add water, oil and salt. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into equal portions. Roll them out and cook them in a non-stick pan.
Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and stuff your pitas.
