Giant soft focaccia

INGREDIENTS :

3 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
11 g of dry yeast
2 cups of water
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds

METHOD :

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for one hour. Put the dough in the mold. Let rise 30 minutes.
Place the egg yolk on the dough and grease the surface.
Form the focaccia with your hands. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
