FRIES BAG

Ingredients:

1L oil for frying
Salt

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into thin slices
  2. Wash the potatoes two or three times and let them soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Spread the potato slices on paper towels, dry them on both sides and let them rest for a few minutes.
  4. Heat the frying oil, without letting it smoke, and fry the chips in batches
  5. While cooking, let them rest on paper towels
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve
