Fried Pancakes

Crêpes Frites are a salty and crispy version of traditional crêpes. Pancakes are cut into chunks, breaded and fried until golden and crispy, creating a tasty and fun-to-eat dish.

Ingredients

2 eggs
120g (1 cup) flour
360 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
5 ml (1 teaspoon) oil
vegetable
A pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
150g of ham
150g cooked cheese
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil

Preparation

In a blender, add the eggs, flour, milk, vegetable oil, salt and sugar and mix well until smooth.
Pour the batter into a hot greased skillet and cook the pancakes on both sides.
Arrange the pieces of cooked ham and the slices of cheese and fold each one.
Transfer to eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
