Fig tart with ricotta cream: a delicious dessert to try
Ingredients:
400 grams 00 flour
4 egg yolks
150 grams sugar
300 g butter
lemon peel
vanillin
Filling:
500 gr fresh ricotta
2 egg yolks
100 grams sugar
1 jar fig jam
8 fresh figs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Shortcrust pastry: mix egg yolks with sugar, then add lemon zest, butter and flour. Form a smooth dough and leave to rest in the fridge.
Topping: in a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and ricotta.
3 Assemble the tart and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
