Easy Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted beef, melted
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted beef and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
- Be sure not to overmix the batter to avoid dense cupcakes.
- You can add sprinkles, frosting, or other decorations to customize your cupcakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
