How to make Easter Frozen Dessert!
Ingredients:
2 packets of milk biscuits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 jars of 300g heavy cream
2 bars of 90g dark chocolate with 50% cocoa
1 small box of fresh cream
Preparation :
Mix sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream at
cold temperature in a container until a homogeneous mixture forms and set aside.
Then put a layer of cream made with sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream in a dish,
then a layer of milk biscuits (I like to dip the biscuits in milk before putting them on)
and repeat the process, alternating layers until the last one is the cream one.
Finally, make a ganache with chocolate and fresh cream.
To make the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, as soon as the chocolate is completely melted,
Add the fresh cream and mix a little more. Then, pour the ganache over the cake.
If you wish, you can also use chocolate shavings to decorate.
After that, just put in the fridge for about 5 hours and the dessert will be ready to enjoy.
