1/2 kilogram of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 beaten egg
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
25 grams grated parmesan cheese
50 grams grated mozzarella cheese
70 grams of breadcrumbs
salt and black pepper to taste
Set oven to 180 °C degrees.
Face a large casserole with a cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, garlic powder salt and black pepper together.
Dip the chicken into egg and then bread crumbs, lightly coating both sides.
Lay the chicken pieces in the casserole, spray tops with cooking spray and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove the casserole from oven and cap each piece of chicken with sauce, mozzarella, then Parmesan.
Take again to oven and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy.
