A very simple and ultra good taktouka recipe that you can easily make, super fast but always a pleasure.
1/2 kg of green pepper
1 kg of tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
Cumin, salt and paprika
Put the green peppers to fry in a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Once soft, remove the peppers from the heat and peel them before cutting them into cubes.
Remove the excess oil from the frying pan and pour in the cubes of peppers and the tomatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces. Add the four grated garlic cloves, salt, cumin and paprika.
Cook until the vegetables are soft. You can also add a little bit of Harissa to the mixture according to taste.
