Delicate Shrimp Tortellini Casserole.


350 grams of deveined and peeled jumbo shrimp
160 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2.5 cups of marinara sauce
500 grams of tortellini cheese
salt and pepper to taste


Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tunder for about 2 minutes, then set aside.
Spice the shrimp with salt and pepper then put the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until pink, remove from the skillet and set aside.
Put the cooked tortellini with the marinara sauce and then place it in the skillet.
Top with the shrimp, after that spatter with parmesan cheese and the mozzarella.
Cover and bake until the sauce bubbles and the cheeses on top melt.
Serve warm and good appetite.
