Crushed courgettes with puff pastry: the quick and tasty recipe
Ingredients:
4 zucchini
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
Cooked ham to taste
Grated cheese to taste
Sliced scamorza to taste
1 egg for brushing
Preparation:
Grate the courgettes, then squeeze them to remove excess water.
Cook in a pan with oil for 15 minutes.
Roll out the pastry and fill it with the cooked ham and courgettes.
Also add the grated cheese and scamorza.
Close and seal the edges well.
Score the surface with a knife.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
