Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders

Fried chicken tenders are easy and I actually fried them just like the picture! The steps are so easy and anyone can do it. Get some sauce to dip these in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  3. Place the breadcrumbs in a third dish.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the seasoned flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
    Tips:
  • Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying the chicken to ensure a crispy coating.
  • Avoid overcrowding the skillet to prevent the chicken tenders from steaming instead of frying.
  • For extra flavor, you can add some grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs mixture.
