Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders
Fried chicken tenders are easy and I actually fried them just like the picture! The steps are so easy and anyone can do it. Get some sauce to dip these in.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third dish.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the seasoned flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Tips:
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying the chicken to ensure a crispy coating.
- Avoid overcrowding the skillet to prevent the chicken tenders from steaming instead of frying.
- For extra flavor, you can add some grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs mixture.
