Creamy ricotta and chocolate cake: the delicious dessert that melts in your mouth
1kg of Ricotta (let it drain well)
200g of granulated sugar
Half vial of Vanilla flavoring
45g of grated coconut
50g of flour 0
Chocolate drops to decorate q.b.
In a large bowl insert the ricotta and add the sugar.
Then add the eggs and mix well.
Then add vanilla flavor, coconut and flour.
Pour the mixture into the mold and add the chocolate chips.
Bake at 180° for 60 minutes.
