Ingredients:
220 g of dry biscuits
100 grams of butter
220g fresh peaches, diced
60 g of peach jam
350 g of mascarpone
80 grams of powdered sugar
400 g vegetable cream
Indications:
Mix the cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
