170 g crumbled biscuits 40 g sugar 100 g melted butter 3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon of lemon zest 400 g of condensed milk 150 g of lemon juice 100 g of whipped cream Preparation Base: Mix the biscuits and mix them with the sugar and the butter.

Crush them in a mold and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes. Cream:

mix the yolks with the lemon zest, condensed milk and lemon juice.

Pour the mixture over the bottom and cook for another 22 minutes. Then let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then whip the cream and garnish the cake.
