Creamy cookie squares: you’ll love this recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 gr of sugar
70 g cornstarch
10 gr of vanillin
700 ml of milk
150 gr of cream cheese
18 cookies
Directions:
Cream: mix the eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add the starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to a low heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
Assemble the cake in a mold and place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
Divide into squares and serve.
