Chocolate Mousse with 2 Delicious Ingredients!
Chocolate mousse is a creamy and light dessert made from melted chocolate and whipped cream. This recipe is easy to make and is prepared by simply blending the ingredients together until smooth and airy.
Ingredients :
180g semi-sweet noble chocolate (or milk, if you want a sweeter taste)
400g good quality fresh cream
Preparation :
Melt chocolate in microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until completely melted.
Beat the cream for 3 to 4 minutes with an electric mixer on high speed, until very creamy (similar to whipped cream).
Mix the chocolate with the fresh whipped cream until you obtain a smooth cream.
Chill for two hours and serve.
