Chocolate Fondant Cake

INGREDIENTS :

4 eggs
70 g flour
50 gr of powdered sugar
5 cl of sunflower oil or 50 gr of butter (for info I used oil)
2 packets of baking powder
30 gr of bitter cocoa
50 gr of nutella
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
200 gr of apricot jam

Topping:

1 bar of milk chocolate
2 tablespoons of nutella
Milk chocolate chips

PREPARATION :

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, add the cocoa
Whisk the mixture until it is homogeneous
Add the oil while continuing to whisk
add the flour and baking powder, mix well
Add the nutella and mix with a whisk
the dough should be a little liquid
Preheat the oven
Butter a baking pan
Pour the batter and bake at 180°C for about 15 to 20 minutes, check the cooking with a knife
Once the cake is cooked, let it cool and remove from the pan
Cut it in two discs
Cover the first disk with apricot jam
Cover with the second disk
Soften the milk chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, add the 2 spoons of nutella
Mix with a whisk
Cover the entire cake with this mixture
Decorate with the chocolate shavings
