Basic recipe:

Dissolve cornstarch in cold milk.

Bring the milk to a boil, then lower the heat and add the chopped milk chocolate.

Stir with a spoon or a whisk for about 3 minutes until the cream thickens and becomes creamy.

Transfer the cream to muffin tins or a bowl, then level the surface.

Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until the dessert is completely firmed up.

Dark chocolate recipe:
The recipe is identical to the basic one, but you can add a
tablespoon of icing sugar to the hot milk before adding the dark chocolate.

Light recipe:
Use half skim milk and half water in place of milk and dark chocolate for a lighter version.

Dairy-free recipe:
Use dark chocolate and almond, oat or soy milk instead of milk.

Flavored recipe:
Replace some of the milk with orange juice or add ground cinnamon for a flavored version.

Advice:
