Chocolate cupcakes are moist and decadent cupcakes perfect for chocolate lovers. The dough is prepared with flour, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, milk and oil, and is baked in individual moulds. They are often topped with chocolate icing and chocolate shavings for an extra touch of indulgence.
Ingredients :
200 g soft wheat flour
15g cocoa
6g baking powder
4g baking soda
1g of salt
150ml milk
10ml white vinegar
2 eggs
200 brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
125ml oil
Preparation :
In a bowl, put the soft wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then mix and set aside.
In a cup, put the milk and white vinegar, mix and set aside.
In a bowl, place the eggs, beat for 2 minutes, then add the brown sugar, continue beating until the volume triples.
Add the oil, beat for 1 minute, then add the mixed milk, vanilla essence and beat for another 2 minutes.
Add the dry ingredients little by little, mix well.
Pour into 18 cupcake moulds, bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
