Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out in the center of each one.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
  5. Place the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the wraps.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
    Tips:
  • Feel free to customize these wraps with your favorite ingredients such as diced bell peppers, onions, or jalapeños.
  • Serve with a side of salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
  • These wraps can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, then reheated in the oven or microwave when ready to eat.
