Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out in the center of each one.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
- Place the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the wraps.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Tips:
- Feel free to customize these wraps with your favorite ingredients such as diced bell peppers, onions, or jalapeños.
- Serve with a side of salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
- These wraps can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, then reheated in the oven or microwave when ready to eat.
