2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
3 cups of milk
300g pasta (any kind you’d like)
3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oven to 200°C.
Boil pasta for about 3 minutes and set aside.
In a medium skillet heat olive oil ,season chicken with salt & pepper and cook until no longer pink inside.
Remove from pan and thinly slice then Set aside.
In a medium pot, melt butter and add flour and garlic.
Mix together and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk slowly while whisking and bring to a simmer and whisk frequently while sauce thickens for a few minutes.
Put the pot aside from heat and stir in cheeses.
Add chicken and pasta to pot.
Cast the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until you see the top of the dish is getting golden and bubbling.
Serve the dish warm and enjoy!.
