Cheese donuts: crispy and tasty to prepare in an instant!
INGREDIENTS :
100 ml (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) whole milk
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon of salt
125 g (1 ½ cups) grated cheese
100g crumbled feta cheese
½ bunch of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
METHOD :
In a large mixing bowl, place the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in the chopped parsley, feta, grated cheese, egg and whole milk.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Transfer the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about ¼ inch thick. Cut rectangular shapes and fry them in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve still hot and enjoy.
