Caramel banana tiramisu

Caramel banana tiramisu with thermomix

INGREDIENTS :

4 bananas
Caramel sauce
18 cl of whipped cream
1 tbsp sugar
For the vanilla pastry cream:
75 cl whole milk
80g sugar
25g cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
For the crumble:
125g speculoos biscuits
60g butter
1 tbsp sugar

PREPARATION:

Preparation of the pastry cream with the thermomix:
First pour the milk into the bowl of your thermomix, add cornstarch, sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and butter.
Then program your thermomix for 7 minutes – 90° – speed 4.
At the ringing, mix everything for 6 seconds at speed 8 then pour into a bowl and put in the fridge, then put it in a piping bag and leave to cool.

Preparation of the whipped cream:
First wash the bowl of your thermomix and insert the whisk.
Then put in the cream with the sugar and mix for 1 minute at speed 6.
Then pour your cream into another piping bag and let cool.

Preparation of the crumble:
First wash and dry the bowl of your thermomix.
Then put in your speculoos biscuits and mix for 6 seconds at speed 3.
Then add the butter and sugar and mix again for 10 seconds at speed 3.
Heat your oven to 180° then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread your crumble on the baking sheet then put in the oven for 12 minutes, until brown. Leave to cool afterwards.
Meanwhile, cut the bananas into slices and prepare your presentation glasses.

Assembling the dessert:
Put 2 tbsp of crumble in the bottom of your glasses, use a small glass to press.
Then add a layer of pastry cream on top.
then banana slices, cover them with the whipped cream, sprinkle it with a little crumble.
Top with another layer of pastry cream and decorate with the remaining whipped cream.
On top place slices of bananas, sprinkle them with a little crumble and then drizzle everything with a drizzle of caramel.
Finally here is your tiramisu caramel bananas with the thermomix, put in the fridge, serve after and good appetite to all.
