No need to make a big deal. It is quite thick. Enjoy it with a good coffee or a glass of milk. You can make it thinner with a larger pan.

Ingredients :

200g of flour
75g of soft butter
100g of fine semolina
200g of sugar
2 large eggs
2 tbsp of liquid vanilla flavoring
the zest of half a lemon
the juice of a lemon
330 ml of milk
1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation :

STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (Th. 6).

STEP 2
Beat the soft butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, mixing well between each addition as well as the liquid vanilla and the lemon zest.

STEP 3
In a second bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and the fine semolina. Add them to the previous mixture.

STEP 4
Pour in the milk and lemon juice and gently incorporate using a whisk.

STEP 5
Pour this preparation into a buttered mold if necessary and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (Th. 6).

Take the cake out and let it cool.
