St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Trifle
Ingredients:
- 1 package of brownie mix
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- Green food coloring
- Sprinkles for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan. Let it cool completely, then cut into small squares.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in a few drops of green food coloring to give it a festive touch.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares, followed by half of the green pudding and half of the whipped topping. Repeat the layers.
- Top with sprinkles for an extra splash of color.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Tips:
- Feel free to add some mint extract to the pudding for a cool and refreshing twist.
- You can also crumble some chocolate mint cookies between the layers for added texture.
- Get creative with your garnishes, like chocolate shavings or rainbow sprinkles.
