A simple recipe, easy and quick to make, buns stuffed with cheese and onions that will accompany all your desires.
Ingredients :
The yoghurt pot will serve as a measure (125 g)
1 pot of yogurt
1 pot of lukewarm water 1/2 pot of oil
1 level tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp instant dry yeast (8g)
5 jars of flour
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt A little soft butter
Stuffing: cheese of your choice (mozzarella, feta, emmental, and green onions)
If you don’t like onions, replace them with parsley.
Preparation :
In a bowl put the water, sugar and yeast and whisk until the yeast is dissolved.
Add the oil, the vinegar, and whisk again add the yoghurt then add 3 pots of flour, the salt and whisk.
Pick up the dough by hand, incorporating the last 2 pots.
Knead 1 to 2 min, cover and let stand 30 to 40 min.
Deflate the dough on a floured work surface and divide the dough into equal balls.
Flatten each ball into thin patties Spread a little margarine or soft butter on top (a thin layer Then drop 1 spoon of stuffing and shape).
Place them on a dish lined with cling film, cover and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Take each galette, spread it lightly on a lightly oiled work surface and cook on both sides on a lightly oiled frying pan (lightly sprinkle the galette with melted butter or oil when turning it over.
Cook the patties, turning them regularly (do not wait for one side to be cooked to turn it over), cooking over medium heat.
