Bread cubes: soft and full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS :
120 mL (0.5 cup) water
7g dry yeast
35 g (0.2 cup) sugar
7g salt
20g condensed milk
110 ml (0.45 cup) cream
350 g (2.9 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 egg
Hazelnut cream
Strawberry jam
Powdered sugar
METHOD :
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the cake and fold it to the size of 22 cm x 14 cm x 2 cm. Cut into squares. Place the squares on a baking sheet and let rise for 1 hour.
Brush with egg. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
