Ammuddicati peppers: the recipe for the tasty Sicilian dish
Ingredients:
Olive oil to taste
2/3 cloves of garlic
Chili pepper (optional)
4/5 peppers
Salt to taste.
2/3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Preparation:
- Clean the peppers, removing the internal seeds, then cut into strips.
- In a pan, fry oil, crushed garlic and a little chilli if you prefer.
- Then add the peppers, add salt and let them sweat.
- Add the breadcrumbs and cook everything together for 1 minute.
