Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the oatmeal and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into cookie-like rounds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool before serving.
Tips:
- You can add chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips to the cookie mixture for extra flavor and texture.
- Make sure your bananas are ripe as they will add natural sweetness to the dessert.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
