Banana Bread Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop dollops of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
