Cordon bleu of aubergines: the recipe for a savory dish to test
Ingredients:
1 large eggplant (or 2 small)
100g of cheese
100g ham
80g breadcrumbs
70g flour
2 eggs
40-50g grated hard cheese
Directions:
To start, cut the eggplant into thick slices.
