Strawberry tiramisu

Strawberry tiramisu: the light and springtime recipe for a no-cook strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients :

RIPE STRAWBERRIES: 500 g
MASCARPONE CHEESE: 250g
SUGAR: 150g
ORANGE JUICE: 100ml
FRESH EGGS: 3
WOMEN’S FINGERS: 300 grams

How to make strawberry tiramisu :

Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and harvest 6-7 in a pitcher. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the orange juice, then mix everything until you obtain a smooth purée. Keep it aside.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add the egg yolks to a bowl, mix in the remaining sugar and mix with an electric whisk until light and fluffy.
Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold in the whipped egg whites until stiff, stirring gently and with upward motions.
Soak biscuit biscuits in strawberry juice.
Arrange the soaked ladyfingers on a baking sheet.
Alternate a layer of biscuits with the mascarpone until all the ingredients are used up.
Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and a few mint leaves. Place the strawberry tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then serve and enjoy!
