3 cups coconut
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 packets of whipped cream
4 packets of milk chocolate
How to make the Cocostar recipe:
I highly recommend it, it’s a flavor that puts stones in cooked dishes that everyone will eat with pleasure. It is very good.
First, we whip well 2 packs of whipped cream and half a glass of cold milk.
Then I add the powdered sugar and the coconut and mix well.
It takes on the consistency of cookie dough and will be easy to shape.
Then I cut walnut-sized pieces and shape them into rolls with my hands.
I also arrange the edges and take them into my debt. Then I put my cocostars in the freezer and let them freeze for 10 minutes.
Let’s pour everything into the chocolate that I melted in a bain-marie after taking it out of the freezer.
Then I put it in the fridge and let it sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
When the chocolates harden, I put the remaining chocolate in the bag from the fridge and I make fine holes on my cocostars.
