For a quick and easy side dish, a tasty potato gratin always fits well on the menu, a simple recipe to prepare.
Ingredients :
700g potatoes
60 g grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Herb de Provence
5 tablespoons of skimmed milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt
Pepper
Preparation :
Peel the potatoes then blanch them for 10 minutes in salted water.
Then drain them and cut them into 3 to 4 mm slices.
In a salad bowl put the parmesan and the nutmeg then mix.
In a gratin dish, put a layer of potatoes then sprinkle with parmesan, cover with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle the rest of the parmesan and sprinkle with the Provencal herbs.
Then sprinkle everything with 5 spoons of milk and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C.
