Ingredients:
1L oil for frying
Salt
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into thin slices
- Wash the potatoes two or three times and let them soak for 20 minutes.
- Spread the potato slices on paper towels, dry them on both sides and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Heat the frying oil, without letting it smoke, and fry the chips in batches
- While cooking, let them rest on paper towels
- Season with salt to taste and serve
