3 Light Shortcrust Pasta

1 – Light classic shortcrust pastry
200g flour
80g light butter
1 egg
30 g lukewarm water
1 pinch of salt
2 – Shortcrust pastry without butter
200g flour
35g oil
80 g lukewarm water
1 pinch of salt
3 – Shortcrust pastry without fat
200g flour
100 g of 0% yoghurt or 0% cottage cheese
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients for each dough then knead for 2 minutes.
Then let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough then pour into a pie pan.
