Ingredients :
250 g flour
350 ml buttermilk
4 eggs (M)
some salt
For sweet variations:
2 tbsp sugar or 2 sachets vanilla sugar
grated zest of 1/2 unwaxed orange or lemon
Preparation :
First mix the flour and the milk with the whisks with the hand mixer, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps in the pancake batter.
Over night, stir in the eggs and salt.

For sweet variations, add sugar and/or citrus zest to the basic recipe.
Cover the dough if you like and let it swell for about 30 minutes, then bake the pancakes.
