How to make chocolate mousse cake recipe!
Ingredients :
500ml milk
400ml cream
60g of sugar
100g condensed milk
16g gelatin
80ml water
200g dark chocolate , chopped
30g cocoa powder
60ml water
Preparation :
Start by whisking the cocoa powder with 60ml of water until you get a smooth paste.
Next, heat the milk over medium heat and dissolve the cocoa mass.
Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in 80ml of lukewarm water.
Once the gelatin is softened, add it to the cocoa milk mixture
, along with the sugar, cream, condensed milk and chopped chocolate.
Place the bowl containing the mixture on a bed of ice and whisk until it cools slightly.
