White cheesecake

White cheesecake: the gourmet dessert to die for

Ingredients :

190 g of sugar
100g butter
10 g of vanilla sugar
5 eggs
1 kg of ricotta
1 lemon zest
25 g cornstarch
200 g of cream
1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Directions :

Mix the sugar with the butter.
Then add the vanilla sugar, eggs, ricotta, lemon zest and cornstarch.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 150° for 60/70 minutes.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
Cover the cheesecake and decorate it.
