5 Minute Velvet Cake Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
200 milliliters (ml) coconut milk
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
100 grams Parmesan cheese
50 grams coconut
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder

How to make a 5 minute velvet cake

Place the eggs, butter, coconut milk, milk, sugar, Parmesan and grated desiccated coconut in the mixer and beat for about 3 minutes or until well blended.

Now add the wheat flour and baking soda and beat again until smooth. Then transfer into a greased and filled form (I used a 20cm x 30cm diameter pudding form).
