Tuna and potato meatballs: the second course that is quick and full of flavour
Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 can of tuna
1 egg
3/4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Then add the cheese, parsley, tuna, egg, salt and breadcrumbs.
Form the meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in a pan with oil and serve them hot.
