Ingredients :
1 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour
4 tsp McCormick paprika
3 tsp Morton salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups TruMoo milk
4-6 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup butter (I use Land O’Lakes)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lemon-juiced
1/2 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
Melt butter in a skillet. Brown chops on both sides, then transfer to a baking dish. Add onion to skillet and saute until tender.
Stir in the 1/2 cup flour. Whisk in milk. Keep whisking until sauce is thickened up a little bit. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour
