Super Light Savory Pancakes (10 Medium to 12 Small Pancakes)

Ingredients :

3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of sugar (to have a nice golden color)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 liter of milk
Mix then gradually add: 200 g flour, 50 g cornflour
Let stand 1 full hour before cooking
For the stuffing: Prepare béchamel
40g butter
40g flour
3 v of milk, a piece of cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg
A cooked and coarsely crumbled chicken breast or even leftovers
5 tbsp bechamel sauce
A handful of chopped mushrooms
3 tbsp parsley

Preparation :

Stuff the pancakes like bourek, arrange them on a buttered tray
Cover the pancakes with béchamel and cheese, put in a preheated oven, leave for 5 minutes then toast a little
