Ingredients :
350 g strawberry (fresh)
140 ml strawberry syrup
1 melon (large and ripe)
2 bottles mineral water
ice cubes
preparation :
Halve the ripe melon and remove the seeds as best you can. Then cut the two halves into wedges, cut out the flesh and dice and puree as well as possible with a hand blender.
Wash the strawberries well and cut them in half.
Finally, put the fruit in a large bowl with a bottle of mineral water and the strawberry syrup, stir well and leave to stand in the fridge for about 5 hours.
To serve, add the remaining bottle of mineral water and ice cubes and mix the melon punch well.
