Ingredients :
Tomatoes from the garden if possible…
500g sausage meat
2 eggs
4-5 garlic cloves
parsley
breadcrumbs or 6 rusks
milk
rice
Preparation:
Take beautiful tomatoes.
Put the crumbs of bread into pieces in a salad bowl, moisten with the milk and microwave for about 1 minute, the hot milk will absorb better and crush with a fork.
Meanwhile, hollow out the tomatoes, turn them over to drain and set aside (keep the “hats”).
Chop the parsley and garlic and add to the crumb.
Add the sausage meat with the eggs and mix well.
Salt, pepper
Take the tomatoes, put a tsp of rice in the bottom.
And fill with stuffing.
In the interstices put a little pulp and a little rice.
Bake at 180° for about 40 minutes, put the hats back on and bake for another 20 minutes.
