Stuffed fried bread: how to make this amazing recipe
Ingredients:
Filling:
8 eggs
Green onions
50 g butter
Oil
salt
black pepper
Dough:
500 g kefir
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
salt
700 g flour
frying oil
Directions:
1.filling: boil the eggs. Chop the onions and brown in a pan with the butter. Grate the eggs and add the chives, salt and pepper.
Dough: Mix the kefir with the baking soda, egg, salt and flour. Form a homogeneous mixture.
Cut the dough and stuff the scones, frying them in hot oil.
