Stuffed avocados: the healthy and tasty dish to try

Ingredients:

1 lawyer per person
1 or 2 chicken fillets
1 or 2 spring onions or 1 onion

1 or 2 carrots
Mayonnaise
Pistachios
Lemon
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard

Directions:

  1. Finely chop the carrots, onion and pistachios.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in a pan with a little olive oil.
  3. When browned on both sides, cut into small pieces.
  4. Open the avocado, remove the pulp and keep the peels aside after rubbing the lemon into it so they don’t darken.
  5. Dice the avocado and add a little lemon juice.
  6. In a bowl, now mix the avocado, chicken, carrots, onion, corn and pistachios.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and mustard and add this sauce to the salad. Mix well.
  8. Fill the avocado skins with this mustard.
  9. Cool in the refrigerator before serving.
