Stuffed avocados: the healthy and tasty dish to try
Ingredients:
1 lawyer per person
1 or 2 chicken fillets
1 or 2 spring onions or 1 onion
But
1 or 2 carrots
Mayonnaise
Pistachios
Lemon
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
Directions:
- Finely chop the carrots, onion and pistachios.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in a pan with a little olive oil.
- When browned on both sides, cut into small pieces.
- Open the avocado, remove the pulp and keep the peels aside after rubbing the lemon into it so they don’t darken.
- Dice the avocado and add a little lemon juice.
- In a bowl, now mix the avocado, chicken, carrots, onion, corn and pistachios.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard and add this sauce to the salad. Mix well.
- Fill the avocado skins with this mustard.
- Cool in the refrigerator before serving.
