Soft pound cake: the recipe to make it soft and fluffy!
INGREDIENTS :
6 eggs
110 g flour
65 ml oil
705 ml milk
70 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
METHOD :
In a large bowl, mix butter and flour well, then add milk, sugar and egg yolks.
Beat whites with salt and vanilla sugar. Combine two mixtures and pour into a pan. Place pan on a baking sheet and add hot water. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 80 minutes.
